This lovingly hand-made skirt is made from my own Summer flowers fabric and has five complimentary ribbons over a matched cotton fabric of burgundy, in a chevron pattern. This two panelled tapered skirt is 25” long, and the waistband measurements are 28” unstretched and 46” completely stretched.
The mannequin is a M/L with a 32” waist and this skirt fits snugly.
