A project perfect for all levels of beadwork experience and to get you in the mood for the holidays!
We will be learning the two-needle, raised beadwork and blanket stitch techniques with this project and each workshop kit will come with everything you need to make two beautiful heart ornaments. I will be teaching the “mouse tracks” traditional design in this workshop.
The classes will take place in one session (2.5 hours of instruction), on November 30th from 10 AM to 1 PM (Pacific standard time). A recording will be made available to review the class techniques. This class will teach you all of the techniques you need to know, but it is not expected of participants to finish their project within the 2 ½ hours of instruction, and I will demonstrate all the stages of the project with prepared components.
Each kit will come complete with everything that you need including a small foam bead mat, snips, E 6000 glue, beads, high-quality beading thread, needles, darning needle, cotton button, ribbon, wool felt blend, artificial pearl cabochons, sewing marker, a holiday greeting card pack, and sticker and bookmark set. There is an additional add-on to learn how to do a pom-pom in luxurious Rex rabbit fur. If you would like this option, please make sure to also add it to your cart and it will include 2 2” circles of rabbit hide. I am also offering a 4 ornament kit with enough supplies to make 4 ornaments.
