This Salmon school fabric is all ready fish camp. Perfect for skirts, shirts and anything else you need to make to bring a little bit of Salmon into your life. I am an avid fisher and strongly Believe in the importance of sustainable harvesting practises being incorporated into daily life, for Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples alike. Our relationships with the land are the most important we have.
Salmon are essential to our West Coast ecosystems. Their bodies fuel everything from our top predators down to the mosses and trees far inland where they migrate to and spawn. Our rainforest ecosystems would not exist without them. We do a great disservice to not only ourselves but to the balance of the West Coast by not protecting and respecting this fundamental species.

I understand that my fabric is a little bit more expensive than conventional fabrics but they are all from domestic organic sources and printed in Canada, as well as being 39 by 54 inches which is between 12 and 14 inches wider than standard meter measurements for fabric.

This amazing organic cotton hemp fabric is a great quilting and clothing fabric, with a gentle stiffness to add a bit more structure to the traditional light quilting cotton. It is 76% organic cotton/24% hemp and
150g/m2. It is completely manufactured and printed here in Canada with an ecological process that reduces the amount of water and energy used to produce it. 55”x39”
Price is per meter and multiple meters will be shipped as one continuous length.
Delivery date is estimated to be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, as every order is printed to order and ship directly from the factory in Montreal and separately from all other items. Please contact me if you haven't received your fabric in 3 weeks time.
